december is always such a fun and busy month. sports are ending, all the kids have christmas parties in their classrooms, gift exchanges, little programs to watch. shopping, wrapping and trying to tie in the real meaning of Christmas here and there as well.
this year tegan's 5th grade basketball team made it to the championship, and they WON! he was so excited. he and all his buddies had such a fun season.. i love that he had so many of his best friends on his team. such a good group of boys. burke also ended the season, after missing the first few games, he had fun getting back into basketball and was sad when it was over. his team did good too but no tournament for them.
ayla lost her two from teeth, right after christmas, so she wasnt able to sing the song, but thats okay. i love when they lose the front ones together. its always so stinking cute.
we got ski passes to bogus basin again this year and have had so much fun going up as a family. ayla learned how to ski this year and she is amazing at it! we only used the harness a time or two and then she was ready to take off all by herself. she also has no fear, which is a little scary but i think that has helped her pick it up so fast. it's so fun we can all go and do it together.
