january...

its now almost the end of march and since the world has came to a screeching halt i now have plenty of time to update this journal of mine.

january was a big month for tegan. with the new church guidelines tegan was able to get the priesthood and be ordained a deacon the beginning of january. a big step for him. he was very excited, i think he was thinking it would be more than it was, more like a baptism with lots of excitement, but it was just a quiet room with chase parent's, my parents and jared in the room with us. he is such an amazing and responsible kid. i absolutely love how seriously he takes moments like those. he wanted to make sure he had everything right, he even drew his own sacrament passing route map to make sure he knew exactly what to do and where to go. i just love him. he is growing up much too quickly.

january, boy o boy do i love winter. i love being cold. i love snow. i love everything about everything about winter. we spent lots of time at the ski hill. we went to idaho city and went sledding with the fullers, stephensons and eggintons. ayla was student of the month at school, which she was thrilled about. then chase and i head to florida to go on a cruise and relax for 10 days with the fullers and the henkles.
