wrestling. so much wrestling. weighting and wrestling. burke was barely making weight. then districts came and he and his buddies were running and trash bags and sweats then jumping in the sauna. what a bunch of silly boys. but it worked. they all made weight and had the best time at districts. 

burke ended up with third place as a 7th grader. so freaking awesome. we were pumped.

after wrestling was over burke was scheduled for surgery. he had a spermatocele they needed to get out before it herniated. it was the size of a golf ball and they were concerned about the extra weight. once she got in there and got it out she found 8 individual tumors inside of it. all were benign and all is well once again for him. he had all christmas break to recover and heal. grandpa thought it necessary to bring over an airhorn for his recovery. i thought it 100% not necessary.

so many Christmas events and parties came and went and in between it all we were able to squeeze in gingerbread house making with the fuller fam. some of our favorite traditions. nate and chase seemed to of won this year. but not next year!
