halloween came and went. so fast. we were able to carve pumpkins with the fullers a few days before halloween. we did our tradition of navajo tacos and pumpkin carving, luckily this year chase didn't try to burn the house down. hallelujah. it was much less exciting than last year though. every year its easier and easier now that they can start to do their own pumpkins. i really don't enjoy carving pumpkins. i really don't know why they have to smell so bad. we had a ward trunk or treat this year as well with halloween being on sunday our ward had their party on saturday. i love trunk or treats, they are quick and easy. on saturday burke also had his end of year football party. he was awarded team MVP and also got the golden helmet again. he was pretty darn excited. he didn't think he would get it two years in a row so he was thrilled. his smile was ear to ear. we finished up that party and headed to the trunk of treat. the boys were too cool to come, they both had parties of their own so we just took the girls. then on sunday we went out and did the neighborhood. candy for daaayyysssss.
