burke is officially 12! his birthday was just as busy as normal. he had wrestling practice and lacrosse but decided to skip lacrosse so we could celebrate him a little bit. we did our normal breakfast in bed along with me picking him up out of school for a little lunch date and dutch bros. he decided he wanted to go to dinner at culvers with the fuller's and stephenson's so we made a little party out of it. we sure loved being able to celebrate him. he is one awesome kid. he has a few favorite things right now. football, lacrosse and wrestling being at the top of his list and probably in that order. he is growing like a weed. his foot is a size 11 and already is wearing mens medium, he is exactly my height 5 6" and loves to check his weight. he is proudly already at 130. he loves to try to prove how big and strong he is (or thinks he is). he is phenomenal at school. very smart and bright, although he thinks it is boring and would rather be at pe or recess. his favorite color is red and black. he loves cereal and eats a ton of it. like a lot. i can't seem to control it. he likes to be home but also loves to hang out with his friends. he is still just as kind and sweet as he has always been. still hates to hug, or snuggle or show any sort of affection but also i know he secretly loves it somewhere deep down in there. he is awesome and we sure love him. happy happy birthday burkey boy. may the year of the 12's be your best year yet!!
