snow, snow, snow. we are loving it around here. minus the fact that I was snowed in last week. literally, I couldn't leave. i guess the van wasn't a fan of 14" of fresh powder. i have never been a fan of my van. never wanted to be a van driver. when we decided to get a van i felt like it was almost the saddest, most depressing day of my life. sometimes i hide when i pull up to people i know and i am driving a van. maybe that's a little dramatic but i didn't want to drive a van. EVER. but the simplicity of it seemed too good for me and my 4 little kiddos and i needed the trunk space for all our summer trips we go on. All suvs have no trunk space. i swear. i am going to create a suv with three rows AND with a trunk but not long like a bus like the suburban. there needs to be a happy medium... anywho, we were snowed in. the kids had no school for 3 days. i am pretty sure i never had three snow days in my entire life. they had 3 in one week. church got cancelled due to the weather. they have issued winter warnings after winter warnings and now we are being told to prepare for power outages and being stranded for days without power. i guess we will see. the kids have spent their days hokey bobbing, sledding and watching movies. chase and i have spent hours and hours of our life shoveling our massive driveway and the roof. bad timing to move into a house that has a three car garage with a long rv bay.
