the three big kiddos did the spartan race yesterday, they looooooved it. they can't stop talking about it and how they can't wait to do it again next year.
tegan was a little bummed after, he got fourth place and the top three finishers got extra awards and a podium announcement but we convinced him fourth was AWESOME! there were a lot of kids! burke ended up getting 7th and mya did awesome too! she finished and barely walked throughout the course, I was so proud of her.
and it was so much fun to watch them compete, probably one of my favorite things as a parent. i love watching them do something challenging and succeed at it!
chase and i have decided that we will be doing it next year as well, pray for me.
