happy happy birthday burkey boy.
burke turned 10, we had a few days full of celebrating him. since he turned an even number we had a friends birthday party where we went to circus trix then back home for pizza, cake and ice cream and some backyard football fun. his birthday this year landed on a saturday. he had a basketball game and so did tegan. we opened presents then went out shooting with the fullers. ate panda. came home and did cake and ice cream. then chase took him, tegan and mya to the BSU football game. i'd say he had a pretty good day. a few days later was his friend birthday party. i always love seeing my kids interact with their friends when all the spotlight is on them.
right now burke loves...
lacrosse. football. basketball. scootering and dirt-biking.
his favorite color is red and black.
he a master recorder player.
he loves to poke, bug and tease but also has the biggest, kindest heart.
he is a rule follower to the max still. the road for him is white and black with very very little grey. he cracks us up every time we try to convince him to live a little in the gray. (should parents even be trying to convince their kids of that?! ha!)
he gets 100% or more on every spelling test, paper, or worksheet he does. it's crazy.
we adore this 10 year old. have yourself a wonderful year Burke!
