this year over mothers day we were camping so my day was spent loading and packing up to come home, getting home and cleaning it all up, then hurrying to shower and get everyone ready so we could get to my parents to talk to jared. we were able to talk to him for 2.5 hours this time. it was awesome. so good to see and hear from him. he is almost home only 6 more months. and despite the crazy hectic busy day it was i sure loved doing the one thing i love the most... hanging with my four little midgets and my hubby.
burke also finished up his lacrosse season last weekend. they did awesome, they took second place in the final tournament. he looooooved lacrosse and i loved watching him play. it was actually fun to watch in a competitive sense, the entire time i felt like we were actually watching a sport instead of a herd of children running a muck. he ended up this season with 20+ goals, pretty darn good for his first time playing!
