14...

tegan is 14. FOURTEEN. 

we have a 14 year old. he gets to start driving this year. time is a thief. it truly is. he is one awesome kid. easily the best 14 years of my life. he is a joy to watch grow up. he is kind hearted, caring, loving, goofy and still young at heart which i couldn't be more grateful for. he will still come snuggle up on the couch next to me, makes my momma heart happy. he is sweet but also all boy in there too. he loves all things outside the house too. he has to be the last person at every party. every event. every school function. every church outing. he has more fomo than anyone i have ever met. he loves his friends and being busy. he loves being with people. he loves humans. he will play any sport or try anything if that means he can be around his friends more. he will happily wake up at 5:30 am to play school ball and go to lacrosse til 9 pm and volunteer to pick up the field. he loves sports and trying hard at everything he does, except maybe school work. i think his exact quote last year was i don't go to school to work i go to have fun with my friends. hummmm... he enters high school next year. he drives this year. his favorite color is green. his favorite food is crepes. he loves lacrosse and football. he loves anything white socks, shoes, clothes, hoodies, hats (its a nightmare) he loves the seahawks still. he is all in all the time.

 we sure love that boy. he has the biggest heart and loves deep. may the year of the 14's be your best year yet!
