how is the little lady who turned our worlds upside down is already 6. i can distinctly remember her being just a few months old, colicky and screaming ALL DAY and all night long and wondering how long it would take for her to be 6. and here it is...
she is 6.
and man, do i ever love that girl. she is awesome. i love her spunk. i love her determination. i love how sweet she can be, yet she knows what she wants and she WILL get it done. she truly loves everyone around her.
her best friend at school right now is a blind kid named brenden. she loves him. when i drop her off at school she runs to him. she helps him, puts her arm around him and helps take care of him, and she loves it!
her favorite colors are pink and blue. yes, she said pink. she loves food but cereal is by far her favorite. she colors and creates like a maniac. i built an art room under the stairs just for her, (or maybe for me too... hide the mess.) she loves xbox. the only one in the house that does. she will spend hours creating things in minecraft. she is fearless yet cautious and wants to do things right. for her birthday she asked for roller blades and a survival backpack for camping. but she ended up getting both of those, a soccer ball, secret journal, earrings, a kite, a new helmet, boxing gloves, a scentsy warmer, a serious amount of Minnesota Vikings gear, and of course her necklace from Jared that hasn't left her neck. i'd say she got lucky.
