good bye house in twin, you were so lovely for the short time we were able to live in you but ... we are OFFICIALLY SOLD!.. okay we closed friday, what a glorious day that was, but the check came today, feeling a little wealthy for the moment although that will be short lived when we have to but a down payment down, but and i am LOVING that its over... not that we no longer live there cuz i did love living there just that we have no more house to worry over!!

and to make matters a little better we put an offer on a house, it got accepted, and now we are waiting on wells fargo to sign off on it also..
