camping...

we went camping with the vargas clan last weekend. the hubbies took us and the trailers up to idaho city thursday afternoon then they drove back into town to work friday. tonya and i stayed at camp with the kiddos, friday made for an interesting day. it was cold, no one seemed to care though. the camp next to us had a four wheeler accident so a lady came into our camp in a panic and needed help and we also had a 3 hour down pour that came out of no where, and we thought we lost the big kids for a little while when we let them go off on their own to hike. but we had a blast and enjoyed our day alone camping! 

the kids caught more lizards then i ever had a desire to see, some frogs, and even a fish. they hiked for hours to the highest peak, played way too much uno and hung out in the hammocks laughing and telling stories. burke managed to roll the four wheeler on himself saturday afternoon but luckily he didn't get hurt and the four wheeler is still intact.
