since jared was home for a few days over christmas break and since chase doesn't work those weeks of christmas and new years we headed up the mountains one night to go skiing. it was so much fun. i haven't been skiing since high school. chase has never skied, he has only ever snowboarded but decided if we ever wanted to take the kids up skiing he would need know how to ski. by the end of the night everything and everyone was hurting and feeling pretty sore but it was completely worth it.
