my kiddos had "the best night of their lives" the other day you know. we took them to the fair. we haven't been to the fair in years so it was a whole new experience for them! and they loved it. we pulled tegan out of school an hour early on thursday afternoon and made the trek down to the fairgrounds. there was no one there. serioulsy, we parked right at the entrance (that never happens). it was absolutely empty inside especially in the carnival area. it was awesome. there were no lines. no crowds. no worries of children loss. but it was bloody hot. the big kids ran from ride to ride. got off rides to get right back on. i bet they rode every single ride that they could ride 10 times each. we couldn't of imagined a better situation! we eat fair food, fed the animals. milked a cow. stayed up way to late. and rode rides until they puked. literally, tegan threw up twice. oops. i seemed to of forgotten his dramamine. poor guy. and we even won a shark on a fishing game. they were in heaven, and there is nothing that i love more than seeing my kiddos having the time of their lives.
