time...

time flies... lets just say these last two months havent been nothing short of EXHAUSTING, fun, exciting, trying, hard, thrilling, interesting, concerning.... and any other word you could possibly think of im sure chase and i have felt... tomorrow will mark miss mya's 2 month birthday! WOO HOO! i love that she is getting older.. she has been our most trying child. she was (and i say was because i think we are on the uphill to recovery!) flat out HARD! and still has her days, but is improving so much! she has been a very very colicky baby and maybe i could of handeled it better if she was my first but i just flat out didnt have 10 hours a day to calm her from her crying, as much as i wish i could of just held her and rocked her pain away i just couldnt.. the poor girl seriously cried at least 10 hours a day for a good 5 weeks... A LONG LONG LONG 5 weeks. after a few hours a day of crying burke would start to get whiny and cry himself.. and tegan would just start disappearing.. in his room with his door shut. my room. burkes room. pretty much anywhere she and i werent.. poor boys.. so if you wonder why i havent been blogging or updating anything about my wonderful and sweet family.. well thats cuz i have been trying to save us all from going deaf. :) but i am sooooo happy to say that her colic is wearing off.... YAY! hip hip hooray.. she is now starting to sleep at night, more then 3-4 hours a night, seriously thats all she slept 11-3 usually then it was back to crying! (getting her to sleep is a whole different story though), she only cries when she is starving.. which is frequent. little piggy... and she is happy and content most of the time. she will lay on her own FINALLY. play and now she even SMILES, love smiles from her! WOO! she is becoming such a happy baby and i LOVE LOVE LOVE it...

mya had her first bath a while ago and LOVED it.. she LOVES the shower even more.. its so nice since burke is so anti water!

we have had her 6 week photo shoot as well... she is pretty cute if i say so myself! and ps. getting all 3 kids in a photo together = IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

oh and she has even experienced her first ear infection in her short little 2 months of life.. poor girl!.. i guess tubes are on the horizon for her also.. wonderful...
