chase and i cant figure out how to get burke to swallow his medicine, it takes about 15 minutes for him to drink the whole teaspoon, which even then he doesn't get the whole amount.. he WILL NOT SWALLOW. we have tried everything, squeezing his cheeks, blowing in his face, doing it with rice cereal (which he still doesn't swallow real well), shooting it directly into his throat (which makes him gag and about die every time)... its pretty much impossible! this is very different then tegan, tegs LOVES medicine.. everything, tylenol, motrin, all antibiotics that he has ever had.. which seriously is about thirteen different kinds... and now that he can talk he is always asking for medicine, which is meh mehise, but he loves it, we never had troubles giving it to him! so chase and i are in uncharted territory and i don't think we like it! doesn't he know that this is going to make him better!!!!
and tegan has started to LOVE the swing again, when burke is in it he is always asking "burke out, tegan"...

Oh no! That is rotten!! The only thing I would suggest is they have flavored mix ins at any pharmacy so the flavor is better- bubble gum, orange, cherry, root beer.. whatever? May be worth a try to get him to take the meds easier. Poor guy... and poor mom!
Tegs in the swing is SO cute! My kids always climb in the jumper, too.

They make these little medicine bottles with a nipple on the top and they just drink it. At least that way he wouldn't spill it everywhere. Good Luck!
