finally...

last night... what a wonderful night we FINALLY got some sleep! its been weeks since our boys slept well.. they have both been horribly sick, coughing, snotty, throwing up, wheezing the whole nine yards.. its been quite a nightmare i must say.. it first started with tegan who got sick about ten days ago.. he was very ill, would cough so bad that he would throw up.. it was quite the treat... he would be up for hours on end at night... seriously hours, ranging from 2 to 4 hours... its not oh so fun being up from 2-6 am or 1-3 am.. many times we would give up and bring him to our bed and turn on cars hoping to get it his mind of how sick he felt so he could finally fall sleep.. and just when i thought he was getting better and life might start up again, since it seemed to have came to a screeching halt with two sick kids, and a quite ill mommy.. burke my poor little 3 month old got ill... even my little 3 monther was throwing up.. oh boy. needless to say between tegan being up for hours on end and burke being up every 45 mins we haven't got much sleep lately... but last night... oh what a wonderful night, no coughing.. well okay burke did a few times but no throw up, no crying, no watching the clock tick away precious hours of sleep... tegan slept all night, and burke only got up once! ONLY ONCE was i awaken last night... WOO HOO! oh how we needed this... THANK YOU boys...
