halloween, pumpkins, tigers, and more...

well first and for most our basement is DONE! its looks amazing.. and I LOVE it! chase finished up the final touches when tegan and i went to boise last week. we decided to leave for a few nights so we could finally be done.. its so thrilling to be done and have everything rearranged and put away! the babys room is officially ready to roll.. as of about a few minutes ago... which is a good thing because last week at my doctors appointment he said any day now! ...which we are trying to not let go to our heads since he isn't due for 3 more weeks, but his crib is up, dresser is full of nicely washed clothes, blankets are ready, and his bassinet is ready to be slept in! we cant wait for him to arrive. so last week tegan and i headed to boise on wednesday and chase came down with whit and cam on friday, we had a lovely time at home. we carved pumpkins, dressed tegan up as a tiger, went trunk or treating with superman, ash and ty, watched a few basketball games, played in the nice fall weather, and had so much fun with family and friends! i was for sure that this year tegan would love trick or treating.. needless to say he was still a little confused behind the whole concept.. candy would go into his bucket and then he would have to sit down and examine it for quite some time before we could make him move again.. it took about a half hour to get through 5 cars.. haha.. next year he will be all over it!
